Making a Reform in the “World of Work”

When I first checked the meaning of the word reform, it was defined as making changes to something in order to improve it, and that really struck a chord within me, when it was announced that the Class of 2021 from Landmark University would bear the name “Reformers SET”.

I also think of reform to be a way of identifying problems within an existing entity and reshaping it to make it better. And that is why when my brother Martins Udotai and I discovered a problem with the Restaurant Discovery and Reservation system in Africa, we decided to make a reform in it, and that gave way to DineSurf

Dinesurf is a solution that fixes all the aforementioned problems and adds extra features that could be of benefit of restaurant owners and diners alike, this solution is already being implemented @app.dinesurf.com, and at the time of making this post we have over 16 restaurants signed up and over 81 users currently.

And I’m also proud to announce that Dinesurf has made it into the semi-finals of the 32nd Wharton Africa Business Forum New Venture Competition 2021 hosted by The Wharton School , and Dinesurf was also accepted into the Finals for the New York University Hospitality Innovation Hub which is hosted by the NYU School of Professional Studies

I believe that the lessons that were learnt from the Great People we encountered at Landmark University were instrumental into the creation of our Company. Great people like Prof. aremu charity, Prof. Ojogbon Adeniyi OLAYANJU,Miss Fola Funke Oyinloye (MILR, MCIPM, MNIM),Dr. James NDAKO, Mr. Noah Olaibi and Dr. Azubuike Ezenwoke (Ph.D) just to name a few.

And to end I say a big cheers to more reforms that would continue to be made in the World of Works.
